Gemma Prince

Gemma has worked as a class teacher for over 10 years working across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. She currently teaches in Year 6, in a primary school in Chester where she is part of the senior leadership team as well as Mathematics Subject Leader. Gemma joined the First4Maths Academy team in 2023 after implementing their approach to planning in her school. Gemma is passionate about all things maths and believes that all children should be supported to develop mathematical skills and confidence. Gemma loves to bring mathematics to life and allow children to apply their learning in real life situations
